      Numerous religious communities with roots in the Christian tradition are nevertheless not easily classified as Protestant, Catholic, or Orthodox.  This collection includes images of groups that situate themselves outside such a taxonomy, and in some instances, incorporate non-Christian teachings or scriptures that supplement the Bible into their systems of belief.
